If you would like to get to know a little bit more about me and what makes me who I am, please check out my Bio. There you will gather a glimpse at my life experiences and passions. I have an unquenchable love for dance and I am a dance-fitness specialist with over 20 years of experience. I have a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science and spend my time teaching, training and dancing.

The most exciting thing happening around here at the moment is my Cardio Salsa™ workshops and master classes. I created Cardio Salsa™ because of my enjoyment to move to passionate music and my enthusiasm for fitness.
